In the name of Allah, most gracious, most merciful!
I come with the greetings of, as-salaamu 'alaikum...
My name is Michael Lucas, (Mika'el an Nur), I am 45 years of age. I am Mu'min (believer) and currently in prison as a political prisoner. Islam is my way of life and I bear witness that Allah, (S.W.T) has no partner or associates and I bear witness that Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W.A.W.) is the deal of prophethood.
I script this correspondence for the purpose of reching out to the larger Ummah (cummunity) in searching assistance for me to change my current condition of captivity. I should have been free from incarceration years ago. However, due to politics and legal trickery, I have been denied the justice that is supposedly guranteed by this country's constitution.
I have been incarcerated for 25 years now. I am in prison for the murder of a human being. For which I am guilty of. I am no longer the same person that committed such an unforgiving act 25 years ago. I have completed my sentence and I have worked on myself intensely. By the grace of Allan (SWT) I have become new.
I have spent the past 10 years attempting to gain my freedom, and attempting to bring my ideas to fruition. The manifestation of my ideas are benificial to Muslims, and society as a whole. Without proper assistance, I am unable to achieve either.
My last effort is to call upon the devotion, care, love and duty of my Mu'mineen brothers and sister of the global Ummah. Help your brother help himself so he can better serve Allah (SWT).
