DIRECTOR
BREAD & WATER PRISONERS, INC.
******************************
PLEASE SUPPORT THE COMMUTATION PETITION OF:
JOSEPH LABRIOLA
Joseph Labriola was awarded the Bronze Start with Battle "V" for valor and The Purple heart for his combat services in Vietnam. He has been in prison for 41 years for a crime for which he has always maintained his innocence.
Joe helped found American Veterans in prison in 1973 and serves as the commander of the Shirley chapter today. Joe has been active in the Norfolk lifers' group, serving as a former chairman, and has always worked to enhance public safety during the course of his incarceration. Joe has remained a true "hero" in every sense of the word.
The sad truth is that Joe may be facing the biggest challenge of his life at this time; that being his end-stage bronchiectasis/COPD. The American war hero deserves to live out his remaining years in freedom; he has served his time.
To support Joe's quest for medical commutation of sentence, please contact the following government officials;
