As of Dec. 12, 2014: What I can lift now
Bench Press: 315 pounds
Deadlift: 515 pounds
Squatting: 425 pounds
Dumbbell Press: 100 pounds each dumbbell.
I am not a professional trainer or bodybuilder; so I am only explaining what works for me. I will be 44 years old soon (Feb. 18th) and I plan on lifting what I can manage and going a little lighter.
I have been working out for 5 years now and I've been sticking to it as best I can. Since then, my arms grew from 15 inches to almost 20 inches! My bench went from 185 pounds to 315 pounds.
Now all I have to do is get a set of six pack abs. Right now I am three cans short, but I'm working on it!

I really admire your dedication. I hope that you are able to lift, and that the focus and hard work you've created in your routine pay off!
