Timothy J. Muise is the "Outreach Liaison for the Lifers' Group, Inc." at MCI Norfolk. The Board of Directors voted unanimously to place Tim in this position and, as a part of his current duties, he posts Lifers' Group material on the Internet. Tim is the only member of the board who gets a "personal" one hour meeting with Board Chairman Gordon Haas each week to discuss his Outreach efforts and plan effective strategy.
The Lifers' Group is used to corrections employees and subcontracted blood money recipients attempting to cause chaos in the efforts of the group. "Ain't our first rodeo." So such tactics are ineffective.
