I rise to a new level—freedom
Changing my life's bad habits
Rebirthing methods from within
I'm an expectant healer—the work is hard
Low self esteem, impatience, and other negativity wakens change
My new controls are goodness, gentleness,
Humility and self-awareness
The top of the mountain is high
But at least, I see it
