Dear James,

It hurt my heart you were not allowed to keep the book. It also stung the cost to mail it to me was so high (which they probably charged you), when it would have been FREE to return to Amazon.

I will order it again from Amazon if you tell me it is approved. Until then I will send you a few sample pages.

It is a whole book of line drawings of old ships called...

"The Book of Old Ships: From Egyptian galleys tp Clipper Ships," by Henry B. Culver, dated November 1992.

This was a thank you for your thank you drawing of the lighthouse. My dad built a real pretty blond oak frame so I can use it at work.

If you just want certain ships...let me know snail mail or by reply. I'm sorry it costs you to reply. Stamps are a precious commodity. DO NOT REPLY if it is a hardship or you don't want anything to draw from.

James,

One man saw your lighthouse picture and took it off the wall without asking...and said "stunning."

Your talent has no relationship to media portrayals that bend a simple truth like mental imbalance and morph it into sensational copy that will sell rags.

Read that last bit again....important words "no relationship."

Care not what they say but live your truth and practice your art.

One word..."stunning." I was slack jawed. What a witness!
