Philosophy

"All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream."
—Edgar A. Poe

Thewindow

Interesting point of view, to be just a form of consciousness.

Life to me is never-ending energy. When combined with different elements, life can become so complex that it can store ideas, memories, etc. Once that complex process ends, our energy moves on.

If you take the sun's rays as an example, the sun gives off energy which gets soaked up by plants, turned into food, and keeps going and going. One question I've not gotten a solid answer is: what causes energy to stick together with other energy to create a complex entity?

You made a statement about taking chances. Are you a risk taker? What are some recent (or past) risks you enjoyed?

Always,

Hi David,

I don't know about energy sticking to other energy... my dad always wondered why clouds stick together, and he never got a straight answer either!

I guess some risks are: giving my full self to the ones I love; traveling outside the country because I want to even though it triggers bad memories of being assaulted outside the country; standing up for myself at work.

Where do you think our energy moves on to?

Cheers,
thewindow

A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes.
