Dear Mr. Chalapatas;

During the month of May and June 1993, Project Wake-Up had (238) students and their teachers attended scheduled group meeting here at NCCI-Gardner. The following is a list of the participating schools:
5/4/93 Stoneham High (morning) on the same day at (noon Clark University - 5/5/93 Sherewsbury High - 5/11/93 Greenfield Comm. College - 5/12/93 Sherewsbury High and Grenfield Comm. College - 5/26/93 Monty-Tech Voc. School - 6/1/93 Narragansett High School - 6/8/93 Gardner Jr. High - 6/9/93 Beach Hill N.H. 6/15/93 Annual Graduation date and Banquet - 6/16/93 Lipton School and 6/30/93 Beach Hill School. At this present time Project Wake-Up had a total of 12,860 students who has visited our program since November - 1986.

PARENTS NIGHT:
We did not have any program with the parents, last time that we have a program with them was on November 18, 1992. The total visitors on Parents Night Program remain at 222 parents. since we open this additional chapter on 1988.

ANNUAL REPORT:
During the entire school year 1992 and 1993 - Project Wake-Up had providing services to 1,356 students among the (46) following schools:
