Thank you for the belated soulday (birthday) greeting. My soulday was great because I celebrated it despite being inside this belly of the beast (prison) away from family and loved ones. I don't waste time crying over what I don't have, but instead I focus on what I do have, which, right now, is peace of mind and good health. These people who hold me captive for my labor may have my body, but they don't have my mind and spirit. I have the attitude to do the time and not let the time do me.
I truly agree. They (prisoncrats) don't have no empathy or heart. But I don't allow that fact keep me from seeing the good in people... even those who hold me captive.
I'm still waiting on a ruling from the judge on my post-conviction relief petition, but, as far as I'm concerned, "victory" has already been won! You have what you say! Speaking my liberation (freedom) existence!
