tuesday tutelage cont...

So yesterday I felt I left a lil' bit to the imagination, so I'll clarify.

What I was trying to say was
Resolutions are easier to keep when the environments are conductive to keeping them.

For example, I can keep mine to workout 'cause the gym literally five feet away! I can keep my resolution to not play ball competitively in the prison season 'cause I don't have the heart to keep dealing with nonsense and things that leave me stressed out. I can keep my resolve to write 'cause I brought all that pen and paper for a reason plus I can see the finished product and how it will impact lives...

So to whom it may concern, don't get down on yourself bout new years resolutions.

Ask yourself
Why did I make this resolution in the first place?
Why is it of dire importance that I keep it?
Whose help do I need to help keep it? If no.
What will happen if I don't keep it?
can I cross it out?
Can I reschedule it?

Meanwhile, I threw away one last night! Wanted to finish a college type course but GOD told me to "let it go" 'cause he didn't tell me to do it in the first place.

Meanwhile, make daily resolves and keep them.
