Howdy! Thanks for responding!
I have smoked drugs since I was 19, but only on a casual basis. I don't see any difference between that or having a drink after work to relax. I don't get high before I type because it conflicts with my work.
Several people have said that my face + my whole demeanor change when I smoke. They say I relax + look much happier. As bad as my life has been, it certainly helps. I don't let it affect my responsibilities.
I have never had much luck with relationships. I try so hard to please guys + they shit all over me. I never had much luck in the Real World either.
I was out of the Hole, but am now back in. I'll explain why in my next posting.
Your classes always sound great. I admire you a lot and think more people should enjoy life as much as you.

First off, thank you for writing back. That's a great question! To put it simply, Between the Bars asks for people to transcribe letters in order to help make them more accessible to search engines as well as translators and other visitors who may not know English. I personally do it because it's a way to keep busy during quarantine, and I have a passion for criminal justice. I come on here to read and transcribe the stories of prisoners so that they can know that someone somewhere has really read their writing and hears them. There is so little I can do to help in these times, but Between the Bars offers me a chance to help out, even in the smallest of ways. I hope this clears things up a bit.
