Families affected by having a parent in jail and/or prison are needed for a research study

Why are we doing this study?:
We are conducting this study to identify needs, supports, and barriers to supports for families affected by incarceration.

Who are we looking for?:
Parents who have been released from jail or prison within 1 year, AND caregivers of children with incarcerated parents in jail or prison (past or current).

What would happen in the study?:
-You will participate in a 30-90 minute phone call.
-You will be asked about your experiences with household incarceration
-You will be asked about specific needs and barriers to supports

What are the benefits of participating?:
-Participation is voluntary
-The research study is confidential
-You will receive a $40 gift card for your time.
-Information from this interview will help inform interventions to support families impacted by incarceration.
