Have you ever considered what it is you can make with a bag of Non-Dairy Creamer, Peach Drink Mix, and a little
bit if water?

How about TAFFY
OR.....
What if you had a bag of chocolate chip cookies, Hersey Bars, Carmel Spread, Peanut Butter, and Cream Cheese.

Peanut Butter Cheesecake.
It is amazing to see what kinds of food (good food)
can be made with just a couple items. Over time with many trail and errors will come up with a meal that you wouldn't
believe was only Cheese Squeeze, Roman Noodes, Armor Chili, and Nacho chips.

But I guess that is how new dishes are thought about. Some od this, a little of that, and presto... a pizza.
In the last 10 years, I've had cakes, ice cream, xasseroles, and many
other sorts of things that just amazed me by how great it tastes.

Last year, I sampled a sardine tuna burrito. I've never eaten sardines before
this time and with the ohter ingredients, I wanted more. And I don't really
like fish.

I shared with my family the idea of cooking for them, upon my release, some of items or
meals that I have cooked or had cooked for me. I've told them that I will be cooking for them
the same way we cook in here. I will send home all the necessary items: cups, pitchers, spoons, rulers, and any
food needed for the spread. And it has to be eaten out of
the cups like it is here. When I told my family that I
wanted to do this, they said yes, that they would like to
see and experience a prison spread.

This is omething I've looked forward to doing and sharing with my family. I plan to continue cooking like this
after I get out of here.
