Hi all! Long time no see. I thought that for this post I would tell you about one of the best movies I have watched in a very very long time.
If I stay! this movie is brillantly and beautifully filmed. It is about a girl who is feeling like she just doesn't fit into her family. She is into classical music while her family is into Classic Rock. The movie takes place in Portland, Oregon and the sound track is just amazing.
The girl is approached by this boy who is in a band that is becoming very popular. They start going out and makes planes to live together after she graduates from High School.
He gets signed to a lable and starts touring. She secretly applies to a very famous school in New York City, Julliard. She doesn't tell her boyfriend until she gets an addition. But the news isn't good. He doesn't like it becauseshe is wrecking thier plans, They break up.
She goes to the addition and ends up playing the best she has ever played.
For most of the movie, she in a coma becuase of a really bad accident which ends up killing her parent and little brother.
This movie made me cry a lot and even wept once. If you watch it, be preparted with a couple of tissues. you will need it. i did!
It is a great movie that not all will like but some will love.
It has been a long time since I have written. Sorry for it.
Tomorrow is february 5, 2015 which mean I will only have 3 years left exactly. I am scared but also excited.
I've gotten into contact with my adoptive dad who I haven't heard from for like 5 1/2 years.. He found me due to this blog, my blog. That make three now who have contacted me due to the blog. I love it.
Last Sept we performe The Winters' tale by Shakespeare. And for the first time I was able to have some guests. My aunt and uncle came up to see me in the play. It was one of the greatest nights of my life, to be able to share that with them. They had a great time too. I also told them that night that they were my best friends. We laughed, we cried, we had a wonderful time.
The next week when we performed it again, I had another guest, one who I had not seen for just about 14 years or so. She and I went to High School together. After school, we ... lost track of each other untill 2011 when she found my blog and wrote to me. I was nervous to see her but the moment I saw her walk through the door I was just happy.
It was one of the other best nights of my life.
I stay to myself alot lately, stay in my cell. I do get out. i go to crochete activities night, ToastMasters, and Dialog group. I also still have my job here in the laundry. But other than that, I stay home. There are people, los of people I just do not care to be around and socialize with. The more time I do the more I find that I do not care for most people and their childish ways. I say grow up, have fun but grow up. I still watch cartoons and joke around, but I also have intelligent conversations too. That's just me!

Valentines day is coming up and I am wondering who you are spending it with. I do not get to "spend" it with the one I love. But after July 21, 2018 I will be able to.
I have never had this experince and when I do, it better be like I have seen in movies. I want the roses and chocolate, movie and dinner. Then a nice walk together. I wish you all a beautiful and lovely night.

Well world I bid you all a good night.
take care and good bye!
Ray

It seems a moving movie, you described it very well, you were also able to describe well how you felt.

Hi Ray!

I transcribed your post on ‘between the bars’ site.

Of course while transcribing your post I also took notice of what you wrote.
I believe you described well the feelings you had while watching the movie. Since you did not mention the title I do not know what movie you were talking about.

I am pleased to hear you are into contact with your adoptive father, your uncle and aunt and also a friend. I imagine how nice it is for you to see relations and friends.
I realise it when I read this phrase in your post: “We laughed, we cried, we had wonderful time”, all of the best feelings a human being can have.

In the last sentence of your post you said you do not like most people who are with you because they are too childish.
I can imagine how difficult it is to live in a restricted place with people you haven’t chosen.
I do hope that in 2018 when you will be free, you can have pleasant experiences such as inviting a woman to dinner on Valentine’s day,
It is wonderful to spend a day with a person of the opposite sex you like.

I’d like to add some information about myself.
I am 45, Italian and live in northern Italy near Swiss border.
I work as a clerk for the local office of National Health Service. I like travelling, especially in my country and Europe as well, watching soccer matches though I know that this sport is not very popular in the US.

If I happen to read another post of yours, I will be glad to tell you something more about myself and my country.

I hope my English is comprehensible, it is always difficult to write and speak in a foreign language.

I end this short reply wishing you all the best for the future.

Cordiali saluti. (best regards in Italian)
Alberto
