Around mid-June 2009, I got a chance to acquaint myself with offender Spicer. In a conversation, I explained that I was a homosexual, and offender Spicer drew an assumption from my body language and personality that I played a girl role in relationships. It was then that offender Spicer suggested, as prisoner's say, "take me under his wing" for a small price when my funds allow. Offender Spicer soon noticed that I was in fear from offender Myers each time he was working in the kitchen of the dining hall. When able offender Spicer and I would arrange it to where we be standing in meal line together, but the prison staff would attempt to separate us. When offender Spicer stood next to me, he would tell me comforting words to ease my fears. These conversations were overheard and taken out of context by other offenders nearby to imply sexual ideation.
Then in mid-June 2009, Mr. Tadman moved me from the third pod to fourth pod. It was a perfect move for me because he could protect me and I would not have to worry about my known enemies with offender Spicer on the same pod as me. Ms. Gehle told offender Spicer one day that having me on the same pod as offender Spicer was a "fluke" and it should have never happened.
