POP GOES THE WEASEL
In mid-June 2011, I was physically assaulted by offender Rulli stating that he wanted to kill me. This was an act that offender Rulli was showing off to offender Granados. Offender Rulli believed Mr. Bid told him that I was the pod's "snitch" when Mr. Bid was retaliating against me for that incident in mid-2009 with offender Breeding. After the assault, ISP administration turned right around to place offender Rulli next door to me as means to provoke further assaults.
