In accordance with paragraph 4 of Superor Court Standing Order No. 1-96 and the pecedures set forth in Superior Court rule 9A it is hereby ORDERED that:

1. The plaintiff shall serve upon the defendant a motion and supporting memorandum for judgment on the pledings under Mass R Civ P 12(c) wihthin (30) days after the service of the record or of the Court's decision on any motion specified in paragraph 3of Superior Court Staning Order 1-96, whichever is later.

2. The defendant shall serve upon the plaintiff a response within thirty (30) days after service of the plaintiff's motion and memorandum.

3. The plaintiff shall promptly file the motion, memorandum, opposition and related materials with the Court in accordance with Superior Court Rule 9A.

4. A hearing on the motion for judgment on the pleadings will be held in CtRm 1008, 3 Pemberton Square, Boston on 05/11/2012 at 02:00 PM.
