Dear Mr Muise
Supeintendent Kelly A Ryan is in receipt of yoour corresponence dated April 17, 2012 regarding the closing of the Programs Building on evenings when religious services are scheduled.
Although I understand your frustration of frequent closing and relocation ofpogramming we are working on a schedule modification which would assist in alleviating the closing of program space. We are, however, unable to predict emergency situations and decisons must be made on an as needed basis to effectively operate the facility.
