Nicki,
Thank you for hearing my voice, and understanding the plight we suffer on a daily basis. It's not the government or the laws that's fouling us up, it's the people behind it all. It seems like once they get into office or a position of power, they forget where they came from and the struggle. It seems they all start out with good intentions, but along the way, too many lose their way.
It's been well documented that "Death Row Syndrome" (aka, SHU Syndrome) is very real. The Courts, the Dept. of Corrections, and many others are very much aware of it, and they don't care. Similar mentally debilitating conditions inflicted upon us are the same conditions employed at Gitmo (the prison for terrorists). We're intentionally inflicted with these tortuous conditions not only as a means of punishment, but also as an experiment to test the human condition. The inert isolation, constant illumination, poor quality of food, separation from friends & family, and so forth. I'll have to write about that a little more later. Right now I'm worried about my friend Terrance Williams. He's in the fight of his life right now, and there's hope on the horizon. What he's gone thru, and continues to go thru is shameful. Andrea Foulker, his trial prosecutor, is trying to discredit his evidence of sexual abuse. Foulker is slinging conjectures that Williams may have been a prostitute, and didn't investigate other claims of sexual abuse committed by the deceased. The defense found her notes, which now she claims have no merit. Like I said, it's the people behind the laws & governments that are the problem. Justice, ethics, & a conscience seems to no longer be a factor in their decision making.
Thank you for responding. I hope to hear from you again.
Daniel Gwynn
