The ongoing saga of retaliation in my reporting the "Sex For Information" ring at MCI Norfolk has far from abated. Following you will find a copy of a letter from MCI Shirley Superintendent Kelly "The Boot" Ryan in which she responds to a letter I directed to DOC Commissioner Luis "Good Ole Boy Network" Spencer. The Boot responds "issue by issue" so I will comment on her Stockholm Syndrome effort replies "issue by issue" as well;

- She denied me a Law Library job based on a d-report that was just vacated by the Suffolk Superior Court. The Boot cares little that the D-Report no longer exists, nor does she care that the DOC made me a "Certified Law Clerk" and she won't hire me for the position. Bottom line is that I am on "gets nothing" status due to exposing their daily abuses.

- It is almost unbelievably that the warden and her henchman and henchwoman would "ban" Eucharistic Ministers at a prison. Men were practicing their faith (the ONLY thing that rehabilitates in prison) and the warden (The Boot), her henchman (Deputy I Have A Dream) and her henchwoman (Deputy Italian Scallion) could not stand the fact that their "bread & butter" (dangerous prisoners) might change their lives and never come back to prison. They should be ashamed of themselves. The fact is that they knew I was involved and that they had to retaliate due to my audacity for seeking God.

- The Boot and the crew will not give me any method toward earning sentence deductions. They are in full retaliation mode as far as letting me shorten my sentence. I will be litigating this in the near future, but for now I will make 'em look bad by revealing the truth about their failure.

- The Boot says that it is "false" that they denied me the wheelchair shop. She wants to make it appear that I am a liar. You know how you can tell if she is lying? Her lips are moving! Or her keyboard is getting punched! The fact is that they denied me the wheelchair program in a retaliatory manner and are smart enough not to put it on paper. This is what they do.

- I am entitled to a medical single cell, but the medical staff is so intimidated by the security staff that they will not write me the medical order. The retaliation of prison officials bleeds into every aspect of the system: medical care, mental health care, programming, education, employment, and community involvement. The Boot also miscalculated my "seniority" date. That's a shocker! It could not be possible that The Boot did that on purpose, could it? You bet it could. They want me to suffer as much as possible, but I am more than willing to suffer as long as I can keep revealing their public safety diminishing abuses. I'll get 'em in Court, but for now I will report every failure I see.

- Sgt. Richard McGarvey is a killing waiting to happen. I asked for an investigation into his abuse and I will keep you posted on what happens, but trust and believe the DOC does NOT discipline its own. More to come. This guard (McGarvey) loves to beat prisoners. Some day they are going to find another "prisoner suicide" and McGarvey will be behind it. Don't let 'em say I didn't warn you!

- The Boot considers these matters "closed". I don't. And all that matters to me is what I think. The Boot can "close" her own matters, but she don't have the power to close mine. MORE TO COME!
