Beyond Troubled Waters

The "Troubled Waters" I've faced can truly be received as a blessing -- a lesson in humility. For on the other side of those waters I found the truth of my existence and the strengths of my character. On the other side, I found that I am stronger & wiser from the experiences. I've been showered with many blessings this season, which has given me the validation to my endurance, humility & faith.

A portrait I painted of Princess Diana w/her sons was graciously accepted by the Duke of Cambridge this month. I am overjoyed & honored to have the British Royal Family accept a part of me into their home.

For months, I been unable to purchase any art supplies, so I could prepare for the next art sale & the holidays. A couple of my neighbors heard about my plight and donated some paint & paper to help me out. It felt good to receive their kindness.

The art sale I missed. The friend I usually send my artwork to, just so happened to have a few of my paintings left over from the last sale. They were able to sell a few of them, which was right on time. I've been short on funds for awhile and I needed some change for supplies.

The package I've had difficulty mailing out has finally made it to its destination. I'm still waiting on a response from the Post Office about why I was having so much difficulty getting my package out in the first place. I still don't understand why I was having so much difficulty when I've used the same procedure for years to mail such packages.

And last but not least. My arthritis pains has not been too bad these past few weeks. Before it was painful to sleep, and really painful to wake. I think that the daily exercising helped. So all-in-all, there's been some light at the end of these "Troubled Waters".
