The "American" Vote.

I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't disappointed with the outcome of the election - I just feel that America made a bad mistake. Now the nation will be put through another four years of "change" that's actually no change at all.

My problem with the current "leader" is that he's too soft. e.g: he doesn't really enforce the needed military action when the case actually calls for it; he wasn't hard enough on the banks during his bail out when any strong business person would most likely agree with me when I say that each major bank should've been hit with about a seventy per cent penalty for all the money tax payers were forced to give - an amount our kids and our kid's kids will be paying back in the decades to come. The interest banks and other companies should have been forced to pay would've reduced the huge debt that their greed caused us to have in the first place.

I think the President took it easy on them because he didn't want to have them against him when his next election came up. But in my opinion, I think he'd have been much better off earning more respect from Americans by treating the bankers like any average criminal that has done criminal things and fo5rced them to pay back some of the stolen money in the form of interest on the bail out money they begged for.

I think we'll see four years of bad economy, that probably wouldn't have gone away entirely with a new President but having a President that is certainly a lot more business savvy - I think - would have been a good idea. And it looks like close to half the country feels the same, it just wasn't quite enough. Due partly, I think, to the fact that for many voters their choice was sadly about race...they want a black President, with everything else aside. It's a dangerous way to vote, based on race, and not the political facts. The coin unfortunately is double sided: where many voted for one because he was black, just as many, if not more, voted for the other because he was white.

And the whole country will suffer because of it.

Voters need to be more informed.

The fact that TV commercials can sway an entire state says something very bad about the American intellect.

Hopefully I'm wrong.

I could care less if a President is black or white, or if it's a man or a woman, we just need someone that's not afraid to do what needs to be done. Put an end to American materialism, and get the country to lead a life it can actually afford while simultaneously reducing pollution. The key issues need to be faced: Poverty, Climate Change and Nuclear Arms.

I'm not a political scientist, the truth is I hate politics.

Talking politics is like talking religion,

But when Big Brother's eyeball is drilling into the back of every American's head while kids are forced to go without a proper future, the topic suddenly takes precedence over our "feelings"...

I'm afraid I never saw any evidence whatsoever that Romney was anti banks or pro-environmentalist!
