Questions:
1) Do you think a "digital divide" exists between inmates and society at large?
2) If so - do you believe it could have a negative impact upon an inmate's ability to make a successful "transition" back INTO society? (90% of ALL inmates will eventually be released).
3) What do you think can be done to "build a bridge" across that "digital divide"?
4) What are some of the potential problems affecting the implementation of your answer to #3?
