JUST US 4 MICHAEL

My name is MICHAEL. I am a prisoner in California. I am being held in prison illegally. I accepted a plea bargain that was supposed to release me in 15 years (I have been in prison 24 years now). The state of California have breached the terms of the agreement and refuse to honor any benefit of the plea. Thereby illegally keeping me in prison. I have been attempting to pursue and demand justice. I need YOUR HELP!

I have fulfilled my end of the plea bargain and have even gone beyond the original terms of the agreement and still being denied my freedom. My basic fundamental rights are being denied me by the State of California's Board of Prison Hearings and the Courts of the State of California. I have been trying to enforce the terms of my agreement, but still being denied my CIVIL, CONSTITUTIONAL and HUMAN RIGHTS.

The United States Supreme Court held that plea bargains are governed by contract law and principles. In California, this means that plea bargains should be guided by California Civil Codes 1635-1654. Any analytical evaluations or judgments made pertaining to any plea agreement must be done according to long established federal law.

It is astonishing the number of people being denied their freedom even after they have completed their sentence. This is why the Non-Profit Organization "JUST US 4 MICHAEL" was created. To assist myself and others that are being denied justice. This is something that should never be tolerated in the United States of America. So, I come to you, The People, for help.
