Hey Unk I shouted you out on 5/25/14 and dedicated Too Short Cocktales to you I hope you heard it. I plan to shout you out Every Sat Let me know you hear em Unk ok!!!!
What are your thoughts on the Gettysburg Address delivered by Abraham Lincoln Unk?
Fourscore and seven years ago our fathers brought forth, upon this continent, a new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that "all men are created equal."
Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of it, as a final resting place for those who died here, that the nation might live. This we may, in all propriety do. But in a larger sense, we cannot dedicate, we cannot consecrate, we cannot hallow, this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have hallowed it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here; while it can never forget what they did here.
It is rather for us the living, we here be dedicated to the great task remaining before us—that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they here gave the last full measure of devotion—that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that this nation shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.

I read your answer to your friend. I didn't read my name... It's been so very long I heard from you. Your latest letter dated from the 7th of April. That is a long long time. Why?
Ellen here. When you call me it doesn't go through. I answer and select 5 and then we get disconnected. This has happened the last 2 times you have called. Try to call again. I tried emailing your mom so she could tell you, but the email I have for her is defunct. How are you doing? Things are busy here. I have lots of work. Yahoo!! I got your letter and will look into the clipping you sent this weekend. It's late and I'm tired. Hope to talk to you soon. XOXO Ellen
I'm not ready to write yet - it's so much easier this way - I don't feel the pressure. Just got over being sick - 2 1/2 weeks - ran a fever, body aches, etc. I seldom feel my age, but I surely felt old all this time. Still not 100% but I'm getting there. I know it's been hot in California - I know you prefer that to the cold (of course I'm just the opposite). Going to Alabama next week to see my friends - gonna be hot! But then - it's hot here too so it doesn't matter. I just stay in the house. Maybe the pool will be here when I get back (I can hope). I do think of you - check this site constantly, waiting for your answers.....
