Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post (again ;) ).
I think Black History Month has its place as a tool of education, and it's better to have a dedicated month than nothing at all to make people think about it. But then, I'm neither black nor American and far be it from me to say you can't have your own opinions and feelings.
This is an issue that does not get any attention. Your ideas are logical and make the most sense. Will keep an eye on this issue and see how it pans out. Thanks for writing!
As much as your situation sucks, it is great to see that you are "still happy, smiling and laughing regardless of your situation". A positive mindset can make all the difference in how your life moves forward.I hope you can make 2013 turn into an overall positive year.
Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post. This is an interesting issue which I had never considered before. I agree with your stance that Prisoners should either have an absentee ballot or not be allowed to inflate a district at all.
Thanks for writing! I finished the transcription for your post. While I am Caucasian, my only guess on why Unity is weaker in the Black community could be because of the continued racism in our culture. I think the system is set up to add more barriers for Black people to cross just to get the same opportunities as people of other races and it makes everyday life more like a shark tank where you have to fight with others and step on others to achieve things. As for what a solution might be, I have no idea.
