PRESS RELEASE
Tragedy Waiting To Happen
Current Serious Failures in the Corrections System
I am a bronze star Vietnam veteran who has been in prison since 1973 for the crime of killing a drug dealer—of which I am innocent!
I currently suffer from Agent Orange lung damage which has rendered me to a wheelchair full time. I made a choice to again work to serve my brothers in prison, in these last years of my life, by engaging in organizing rehabilitative programs. I have never seen so much despair and hopelessness in all my years in prison. When I propose worthwhile efforts, they are crushed by the current insanity of this failed system.
The time has come from to bring these failures to the public. I am seeking an interview with you, at which I field any questions you may have, cover any topics which may be of interest to you, and to afford you my educated take on why the streets of our cities and towns have become battlefields for children who have no respect for life.
My take will be fully supported by the facts and statistics. I will also convey what has proven to be effective in protecting the safety of the public in general. Please make arrangements to interview me. You will not be disappointed. I can assure you that you will get a real story.

I am not sure if this Timothy or Joseph but am writing a paper about the prison system from the perspective of the individuals in prison. It would be great to hear your opinions on the system.
