Dear Jman,
This will acknowledge your recent comment that you had left on my blog, which I received January 9, 2016. You asked me, "1. Can you get into more detail about mpd corruption and abuse (which we've always suspected) and if they were in fact 'mob police' and 2. Do you feel murders of mohammad and dion went further up the chain than just Isakiw and piscitello"?
Please allow me to answer your inquiries. Yes, I most certainly can provide you and/or your attorney specific detailed documentary evidence, along with statements form longtime informer Edward Piscitello and from federal law enforcement agents who can prove that Milwaukee police covered up their involvement in the knowledge and conspiracy of the August 19, 1989 murders of Mohammad and Dion. As far as specific facts regarding Milwaukee police being involved in corrupt acts or omissions in this case, and made decisions to elicit their desired result, to which allowed Mohammad and Dion to be killed by Isajiw and informer Piscitello, it is undisputed that Milwaukee police released Mohammad from the Milwaukee jail to the streets in March 1989 under one of his aliases, "Anthony C. Bryant", even though he had an active fugitive warrant issued by the FBI and Chicago law enforcement for a July 1988 murder in Chicago. The necessary corollary of this indisputable evidence is that, except for their gross neglect or oversight, Milwaukee police must have or should have been aware of the existence of Mohammad's alias "Anthony C. Bryant." Mohammad's FBI top-ten wanted poster at the time markedly showed how law enforcement knew Mohammad as "Anthony C. Bryant." The theory is that Milwaukee Police Department (MPD) Detective Barry Debraska Jr. (who was one of informer Piscitello's primary handlers at the time and who Piscitello said released Mohammad to the streets) KNOWINGLY used Mohammad's alias 'Anthony C. Bryant' and then released Mohammad under that alias, to continue a then ongoing drugs-for-guns investigation against Mohammad up until the time of his death. So what the evidence now demonstrates is that, armed with Mohammad's alias, Milwaukee police CONSCIOUSLY facilitated Mohammad's release for purposes of that drugs-for-guns investigation. This cunning effort by Milwaukee police is the COVER UP EVIDENCE in this case, that the Milwaukee police used to mask their involvement in the knowledge and conspiracy in these murders. But that's not all. Weeks before these murders I called Milwaukee police to report on the violent criminal tendencies of informer Piscitello. I did this in secrecy in hopes that something would be done in order to protect Mohammad, others and myself. Unfortunately, the Milwaukee police did nothing to respond to my warnings that could have prevented Piscitello and Isajiw from getting together (without my presence) at a George Webb restaurant weeks later to kill Mohammad and Dion. In addition, there is the testimony of Ann Schrader testifying at Piscitello's trial about her and I previously foiling one of Piscitello's plans in June 1989 to kill Mohammad. But as I would try to protect Mohammad and others from a wrath of trouble and harm stemming from informer Piscitello's plans, foiling informer Piscitello's attempts to kill Mohmammad on prior occasions and calling Milwaukee police to report on their informant's violent criminal tendencies, the MPD became aware of these murders soon after the fact from informer and killer Piscitello but MPD did nothing about the murders they were about to be exposed some 19 months later.
Even so, if you are interested in the FULL story of Mohammad's murder and the MIlwaukee police involvement in his murder I would urge you to contact Attorney Christopher Rose at 262-657-7556 and/or Tamara Weathersby of Lighthouse Investigation at 262-620-2728 whom are currently working with me in proving my factual innocence and police misconduct. In the event that you contact Attorney Rose or Ms. Weathersby, please tell them that I referred you for the specific evidence that you would like to have in this case. If you do things this way it will expedite the detailed evidence that you desire in this case in light of my current incarceration status.
Finally, as to your second question, yes, the new evidence in this case establishes that high-ranking officials under the MPD's drug unit and under MPD's organized crime unit were aware of and did in fact turn a blind eye to their subordinates' involvement in the knowledge and conspiracy in these murders.
Meanwhile, please contact Attorney Rose or Ms. Weathersby to obtain the necessary information that you need in this matter and do what I suggested Dion's family to do late in December 2014 — to consider hiring an attorney and looking into filing a civil lawsuit against the City of Milwaukee for the MPD becoming aware of Isajiw and informer Piscitello's plan to kill Mohmammad and Dion but turned a blind eye to further the success of a then ongoing drugs-for-guns investigation which precipitated said events that led to Isajiw and informer Piscitello meeting at that George Webb restaurant on August 19, 1989 to kill Mohmammad and Dion. In short the irrefutable evidence in this case is tantamount to Milwaukee police participating in the killing of unarmed black teenagers in these modern times.
In the event you want to continue writing to me, please know that you can do that too. Thank you again for writing to me. God bless you.
