Blame It On the Press
What do you do when your policies are poorly planned and implemented, your operation is in tatters, and you don't have a clue about what you are doing or how to fix it? Blame the media, of course.
That's exactly what President Trump is doing. I don't fault him. He's doing what he does best: manipulating his supporters into believing he is doing a good job as president. He is a master manipulator—if you suspend your rational judgment and let your emotions make your decisions. It is a nationwide mass hysteria while the rest of us rational types are sitting back scratching our heads and wondering how gullible people can be and still function.
His constant "fake news" allegations have become the joke of 2017. Whenever I don't like something or disagree with it, I just say it's fake news (or present "alternative facts"). That's what Donald does and it works for him. So I might as well jump on the bandwagon.
By the way, it seems that President Trump finally appointed someone I approve of: Mr. McMasters to replace Mr. Flynn. My only question is why would someone of McMaster's caliber agree to work for someone like Trump? Doing his duty to his country, I suppose. Well, he has one good decision under his belt. Perhaps he'll improve over time.
