(PLEASE HELP ME!)

I am in a bad situation right now. I have no more toiletries/cosmetics. I am hurting a lot. I can't even brush my teeth. My prison only gives us 1 small bar of soap + 1 roll of toilet paper week. Everything else we have to buy. I can't work any prison jobs because of all my injuries (permanent nerve damage + waiting for hip surgery in August). I'm bone to bone on left hip + severe muscle atrophy on left leg + severe knee pain. I have no toiletries/cosmetics right now. Can someone please help me by sending me some money (JPAY.com), so I can buy some toiletries/cosmetics, I'll deeply appreciate it with all my heart + soul. Thank you very much.
It's really hot right now. It's been 100-110F the last 9 days straight. My cell is in the 90's (my C.O. measured the temp.) I am very hot + sweaty, I can't sleep at night. On Monday it's supposed to cool to the 90's, wish me luck.

I hope surgery went well and that you have recovered well. Your story has touched me. Matthew, I would like for you to know that you have not been forgotten. I just whispered a little prayer for you. I'm not overly religious myself, but sometimes sending someone well wishes and hoping that someone hears your plea, brings comfort to the one sending the wish and the one receiving it. I hope that you felt a little something - a little love - wrap its warmth around you. Take care of yourself. Do not lose your self-worth. You have reason and purpose, I hope you discover it and make a difference in the world, even if it's as simple as making someone smile. You made me smile today, thank you. Hope this letter of support and encouragement uplifts you.
