I received your message on February 4th.
Thank you for your support and encouragement. I got the final paragraph of your message—the first part must have gotten erased because I didn't receive it.
I often wonder who reads my blog. Do DOC officials? State elected officials? Those are the ones who need to be educated, but I know from personal experience that DOC officials are among the most insular, close-minded people on the face of the Earth. They have a groupthink mentality which prohibits dissension and only allows internal promtion of like-minded zealots.
How Governor Evers will ever reform the DOC is beyond me. Perhaps it will require divine intervention...
