At the present time I am waiting for the Temporary Restraining Order pending in
Court - Civil Action #2185CV01214. It is important that you be aware that the T.R.O. is a
safety net requirement to preven abuse or being transfered like they have done before.
Please keep in mind that prisoners are disenfranchised from any political process, but
I am a registered political candidate #CPF ID: 14945 that can be verified with the Office
of Campaign and Political Finance (617) 979-8300.
Minorities and poor people in general are illiterate on legal issues and only a few
go through with the help of someone in prison to fill out the 16-pages questionaire
that's required by the Habeas Corpus Proceedings. Without any question there should be a
mandate to a Federal Review on every appeal coming from the state with the assistance of
the Federal Public Defenders (FPD). - This will prevent racial descrimination in state
court, Most of the name that appear in Federal Court are from someone paying private
lawyers. You will also notice many Spanish names the record appealing in Federal Court
are for the most part individuals appealing from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico because
Massachusetts is the 1st District which is the appeal base for them. But they are not
prisoners from Massachusetts There have been a couple of Federal Judges who have been
