TO: STEELER Nations

Week 9, it turns out, determined the order of the A.F.C. play offs. Just think, had we not mismanaged the clock, they took a delay of game penalty (that knocked us out of field goal range), we probably would've won that pivotal game against Baltimore.
Because of that week 9 game against Baltimore, every Sunday night I was forced to listen to Chris Collinsworth, a former Cincinnati Bengal (wide receiver), talk about how every (contending) A.F.C. team had a chance at the SuperBowl, except the awesome Pittsburgh STEELERS. I was forced to watch coach Tony Dungy look stupid when ever the Pittsburgh Steelers were even mentioned.
I was coerced to watch how Chris Collinsworth would throw all of these wild, insinuations aimed at denouncing the great Pittsburgh Steelers.
It forced me to reflect back to the early 1980's when the legendary MEL BLOUNT used to tear his head off! And when Coach Dungy would go on "stupid patrol" when the STEELERS were mentioned, I even wondered was he STILL - after 6 years - being haunted by the play offs that the 2005 N.F.L. season produced! How many of you Bold, Black & Gold STEELER DIE-hards remember that play off (divisional-round) game? Coach Cowher bamboozled Coach Dungy into believing the STEELERS were going to run, run and run!
It turned out to be something like a bloody, old wild-western, one-sided gun-fight. You know, with Big Ben Rothlisberger pulling that trigger to Antwaan Randall EJ, Hines Ward, and all the rest of the red, hot Pittsburgh STEELERS.
...
Here we are. 12-4, a fifth seed play off team. And you can bet your bottom dollar that the very presence of the DEFENDING A-F-C CHAMPIONS in the play offs has already struck terror in to the hearts of all the other five teams. Grant it, it was not as easy as we hoped it would be. You know, not being guaranteed a home game and all; but there's promise ahead, STEELER die-hards! I've already analysed the Denver Broncos. I suspect, even without Reshard Mendenhall, the Steelers will go in there and win by at least two scored. I don't believe, in fact, I'm convinced that the Baltimore Ravens can't beat the STEELERS in a playoff game! The New England Patriots? That team gives up too many points to beat any quality football team, not to mention the Pittsburgh STEELERS.
I have us back in the SuperBowl, in a re-match against the packers.
So, all of you Pittsburgh STEELERS Die-hards, pull out your terrible towels because in February 2012 the Pittsburgh STEELERS will be crowned N.F.L. Kings for the 7th time in N.F.L. History!

Note:
I would like to hear from all true, STEELER Die-hards who read this article.
