Thank you for your response to my post. I had an okay birthday on the 7th, even though I'm 53 years old – I feel like I'm 20 years old (like the saying goes: 'you're only as old as you feel') except for the pain in my left knee. I've talked to a lot of people in their 70s and 80s and asked them how they have so much energy for their age and they all would tell me – they feel young inside and always keep exercising/moving to stay young – so I do the same. A lot of people say I look a lot younger than I am – some have said I only look around 35 years old :)
I do keep in contact with most of my family members and friends. I lost my dad when I was 20 years old and lost four of my brothers before I was born. I lost my twin brother around 4 years ago. I lost my mother, a sister and a brother in the same year about 1 1/2 years ago. I try to keep in contact with the brothers and sisters I have left. I write them every month but they don't like to write letters, so that's why I post my letters on my blog and I gave them all my 'URL'. Also I am hoping other friends I have lost contact with over the years may see my posts and contact me.
My old cellie is still here. My best friend here, Eugene Flock, goes back to court soon and when he comes back, we are going to try and be cellies. He's a Christian too :) He's a real nice guy, has a great sense of humor and a great heart.
