Dear Honorable Undersecretary McCroom:

Enclosed please find a letter I have directed to Commissioner Luis Spencer about some serious staff misconduct which his employees have engaged in, and for which I am the victim. I am requesting the full intervention of your office in order to protect my rights in this matter.

Thank you for your time and anticipated prompt attention to this very serious matter. I will be anxiously awaiting your reply.
