RE: Commonwealth of Pennsylvania v. Jerome Coffey
No. 67 Forest, 2011

Dear District Attorney Ms. Ziegler:

1. "...Plaintiff claims that defendant Ziegler committed malicious prosecution by for[cing] prosecution upon the plaintiff even after reading the affidavit of probable cause and seeing their [sic] was never a written independent determination of probable cause on the face of the affidavit". (citing WILBERGER v. ZIEGLER, 2009 U.S. Dist. Lexis 127853 February 4, 2009)

2. District Attorney Ms. Ziegler, I am in receipt of your letter dated 4/10/12 and read it thoroughly. However, your plea bargain had me laughing so hard, I developed cramps in my stomach.

3. Furthermore, do Forest County taxpayers know you waste their money on frivolous persecution? For example, see above-cited case at 1.

4. District Attorney Ms. Ziegler, as a matter of fact, since the beginning of this trumped-up case COM v. JEROME COFFEY you've been deliberately violating my due process rights particularly pre-trial discovery among other things.

5. District Attorney Ms. Ziegler, your plea bargain is so pathetic, disgusting, and disrespectful it reminds me of the infamous Dred Scott decision. For example, Chief Justice Roger Taney said: "A blackman has no rights that a whiteman is bound to respect." (Citing SCOTT v. SANFORD, 60 U.S. 393 U.S. MO 1856).

6. District Attorney Ms. Ziegler, I would like to offer you a plea bargain – here's my offer, see below A-thru-E. For example,

A) Pennsylvania Department of Corrections have a notorious draconian policy of holding prisoners in punitive segregation. For instance thirty years, twenty years, and ten years such as Russell "Maroon" Shoatz; Joseph "JoJo" Bowen, Arthur "Cetewayo" Johnson, Norman Johnston, David "DH" Henry, Leslie Billingsley, and John Grello among other prisoners. (NOTE: I will plea-bargain if you release these men out of punitive segregation who've suffered years of oppression and isolation).

B) Read the book "The New Jim Crow – Mass Incarceration in Age of Colorblindness" by Michell Alexander in addition write an essay on the book to help African-Americans. (NOTE: I will plea-bargain)

C) Join occupy Wall Street and oppose the expansion of prison industrial complex in rural communities. (NOTE: I will plea-bargain)

D) Watch the film "Justice on Trial" by Dr./Prof. Johanna Fernandez and debate her in front of Clarion University law students. (NOTE: I will plea-bargain)

E) Speak out against capitalism, sexism, racism, homophobia(ism), and help children, women, and elders in minority communities. (NOTE: I will plea-bargain)

In closing, if you can't meet the following demands see above at 6 A-thru-E I guess, I will select twelve citizens and front you in Forest County courthouse and meet twelve Forest County citizens in Barnett, Green, Harmony, Hickory, Howe, Jenkins, Kinsley, and Tionesta as a juror.
