On May 1, 2011, they gunned Osama Bin Laden down. He was behind the attack on the World Trade Center ten years ago. Million of people lost their lives that day. He ran for ten years after this major attack. Hid for five years. He lived in his home in Pakistan unprotected with his three wives. He was the leader of his compound.
Now that Osama Bin Laden is dead, some folks are glad because they lost some of their families that day in this attack. Others are scared because they think someone from Osama Bin Laden's squad may come after them, meaning people in America, for revenge. Me, on the other hand, it brought joy to my soul.
If you take someone's life, you should pay for it. No matter what. I feel justice has been served. He ran long enough.
He dyed his beard from gray to black to disguise his identity. He was a Muslim. He was found at a military training camp. He was killed by a raid by elite American forces in Pakistan then quickly buried at sea.
I want to hear your views on this news story. Do you feel justice was served?
