Not to Entertain the Devil

Artist: Gloria Gaynor
Song: I Will Survive

There are these severe moments when I am aware of the enemy's press. But I learned a very long time ago: not to entertain the devil.

When I feel weak, I just remember His strength and I remember how my faith in Him has NEVER been disappointed. I am content in every tool I have being used to stay in the Now, Here, where all my powers and choices are.

The moments of galactic pain are often overshadowed by universal love, and my non-stop offering that:

There is only one true power in the universe: All GOOD!

I remain an African Classic.

The concept of 'entertaining the devil' is quite true, since so many people believe they are under attack from the devil; yet, this is one of the biggest lies. People who are unable to harness the Spirit within them (or never had it), are simply in bondage to their nature. The devil has them right where he wants them, and they beg him to come in and help them with all their needs for sex, drunkenness, power, greed and other sins. It makes me sad; in a season where there is high level financial, employment and relational stress for 'good' family people in all parts of our country, they desparately seek an anaesthetic to take the pain away, and have begged the devil to come to their rescue.

Be strong Christian brothers and sisters! Never forget: Greater is He who is in us, than the Prince of the Air and all of his associates put together. God help us!!
