"In the Interest of Justice", cont'd from the 2nd August 2012 -- Pg. 11:

The falsely filed capital double homicide was reassigned to be tried before the so-called Honorable Paul Turner, Judge of the Los Angeles county superior court.

On the eve of Thanksgiving Day, 26th November 1985 I together with two other prisoners escaped from the court building's attorney consulting room.

On the 24th January 1986, after a brief car-chase and gun fight to preserve my freedom, I was again taken back into captivity.

On the 6th February 1986, the said Paul Turner and the opportunistic prosecutor, Harvey Giss met privately to collude and judicially disseminate [a] false and misleading Los Angeles Police Dept's declaration which asserted that my, "... 444Cal. and .357Cal., revolvers were positively 'deemed' the weapons responsible for the murder of Roger Grant and also to a so-called bullet found in the wall of Larry Turner's home..."

Immediately following the adverse press release of the fabricated gun-to-evidence bullets Judge Paul Turner rescued himself and personally reassigned the injustice to Judge Marsha Revela for all matters of trial and pretrial.

Concomitantly with this false scandalous disseminated misinformation, the Los Angeles District Attorney's office, in defiance of the evident truth, filed a perjury criminal complaint alleging that my sister, Cynthis L. Hawkins, who had testified truthfully with supporting documentation, to have instead given perjurous testimony in the self-defense travesty.

The obvious purpose of the perjury complaint was to allay the actual perjured testimony given by one of the prosecution's several bounty-hunter gang members of who had falsely testified to have had been an employee in the Arcade on [September 11th, 1983] the date of the street robbery and shooting incident for which I've been wrongfully and maliciously prosecuted, convicted and sentenced to serve the ensuing primary 28-year term of imprisonment; upon which the double capital homicide was maliciously adjudicated.

There, intelligent jurors appreciated the maliciousness of the prosecution and, within a few hours of being charged to begin their deliberations, acquitted Cynthia with a strong verbal rebuke against the Los Angeles District Attorney's office for bringing the false prosecution.
