I just received your message/response to my blog for human rights, and I'm glad that you took time to ask about me. To answer your question, I'm in prison for armed robbery; on April 8th 2006 I was with one of my younger brothers and his friend bar hopping and talking to women, when my brother and I saw some women who we wanted to hang out with and he pulled over so that we could talk to them, but at the last minute my brother backed out, so I got out to talk to the women on my own and as I was talking my brother's friend walked over; I thought he was going to try to get a number too, but he said "give me your purse", we all thought he was joking because of the way he said it, so we laughed, then he flashed a gun and said it again, so when we saw that he was serious we stopped laughing, and the women gave him their purses. Not wanting anything to do with it I ran back to the truck and told my brother to pull off, but he didn't want to leave his friend, so when his friend made it back to the truck my brother pulled off. A few minutes later we were pulled over and arrested, when we were questioned by the police I refused to tell, but my brother and his friend put everything on me, and here I sit... Before I close, another reason I was charged is because I accepted some money from the robbery. I take full responsibility for that, but I would never tell, but since the case is over I can give you details. I hope that this will give you more insight into why I'm in prison...
