I love your handwriting. You've probably heard people comment on it before, but I really admire it, since my own handwriting is very messy and I struggle to keep it as uniform as you did.
I was extremely moved after reading this and felt emotionally connected to this author. I really liked the hopeful attitude that he had towards such an unpredictable experience. I do agree when he says "living through imprisonment or a pandemic can be used as an opportunity for growth." Having this mindset can be the change to an individual's outlook on unfortunate situations. This was such an eye opener for me to understand the circumstances of imprisonment and I think we can all learn and grow from reading this. It's sometimes difficult to understand the severity of a situation that you haven't gone through yourself, which is why I found this writing to be beneficial. It's important that we bring awareness to these things and really consider what others are going through. I agree with the last paragraph, "If you desire harmony, kindness, patience, forgiveness, beauty, love, and believe in the possibility that life can live up to your expectations, a strong dose of hope is necessity. Having an outlook like this is significant to one's personal growth and outcome of life.

Corizon’s revenue has grown by 15.6% over the past three years to $1.55bn in 2015, according to analysis for the Guardian by PrivCo. PrivCo estimates that CMCG, which is rapidly acquiring rival companies to expand beyond its California stronghold, made revenues of about $110m to $120m last year. Corizon is owned by Chicago-based private equity firm Beecken, Petty, O’Keefe & Co. CMCG is owned by HIG Capital, a Miami-based private equity firm with $19bn of capital under management.

I wonder if COVID will change prisons forever? They seem to have gotten away with mass lockdowns. In Florida a CO was caught spraying bleach on an inmates food tray, had it been for hygiene I could understand it, but she went too far. Almost hygeniened him to death! Another death row unit has a CO who is grossly overweight giving out nocturnal handjobs in an attempt to create order. Wild. She has quite an audience too. As far as Sally Fields and her buttocks go I think I can die happy without ever seeing those. But these are America’s sweetheart, and those buttock probably don’t look like the firm peaches they once were in her days of dating Burt Reynolds, (my aunties favourite Always great to hear from you. A 2011 study found that Vicks VapoRub had a “positive clinical effect” in the treatment of toenail fungus. To use, apply a small amount of Vicks VapoRub to the affected area at least once a day.
