I am currently working on a ethnographic research paper for a sociology class on transformative programs and practices in prison. For that project, I have been interviewing previously incarcerated individuals who have participated in such programs/practices, as well as individuals who lead these sorts of programs. I think your essays speak beautifully to the importance of mindfulness, meditation, and emotional literacy programs in prisons--would you mind if I used quotes from your writing in my paper? P.S. You speak of many programs in your writing (AVP, Toastmasters, Prison Mindfulness Institute, etc.) but have you ever done the Houses of Healing emotional literacy program?? A lot of what you write about seems to reflect the teachings from this book/program, which is why I was wondering!

I believe medication becomes more of a crutch. A lot of problems are internal and have to be dealt with by some experience of freeing the mind or becoming broken in some way. Thats how it always is for me. Society is more of a quick fix type of deal now. Time is money for people so they never slow down because they don't know how to. I hope I didn't jumble my words.

all things come from the earth, nothing comes from mars. i had visions shown to me clearly by our Maker (Job 33:15, Joel 2:28, Ezekiel 1:1) all same the same thing. Last Supper was because Maker clearly showed Him the cross before it happened.
you wont wonder if it was instruction from Him.. that would Not be clear instruction.
WHAT WAS I SHOWN CLEARLY? Earth becomes the lake of fire written about. from above looking down on Earth. i saw the surface crack and swirl inward. then Earth imploded.. and became a molten lava ball.
i did some research about suspension dynamics of the surface/mantle/core.. and this appears to be a cycle. somehow life returns each time this happens.
oceans will turn to mist.. rain down and cool the "new earth" as written. these clear visions i have say i am Michael D Arkangel,in one vision my voice came out of the clouds.. "with the shout of the Arkangel THEN you see Jesus coming back" 1 Thes 4:16
i could go on and on.. but i want to empower you. "kingdom of heaven is within you" Luke 17:21 "you live, move and have your being in Him" John 16:25 that covers both ways.. He is in you, you are in Him. full circle.
Matthew 6 consider the birds. they have everything needed instinct from birth.. build a nest.. hunt.. raise young. all animals have this 'instinct' do you make your hair grow?
i see the written promise that tomorrow has been prepared for you. no matter where you are it was predestinated (Romans 2:29).. "knew you in the womb" and prepared the morrow (tomorrow) for you. look around.. consider all your options.. pick the one you are most proud of.. if that is not good enough for anyone.. too bad about their luck.. who cares?
i look bad seeing my choices were pain or less pain.. bled internally for decades.. until finally doctors stopped saying it was in my head and performed emergency life saving surgery.
i had no better options.. and at my best.. never had comfort, security or anything the norms do. and i would bet my soul.. there is not a single soul that could have done better in my shoes.
perfection is choosing the best available option.. not some delusion of a perfect world. if you always have done your best.. could not have done anything better.. then that is perfection.
i wish i had supernatural powers to end world hunger, or stop war.. i will have to settle for the little victories.. just helping others achieve their hearts desires whenever possible.
there are no mistakes in nature. no flaws or the universe would have collapsed. it is a flawless continuum and so are all things in it.. including you me and that guy o.O
