This week, Between the Bars is proud to be joining over twenty grassroots organizations working for prison justice all across the country at Nation Inside: Communication Strategies Against Mass Incarceration. Nation Inside will take place at this year's Allied Media Conference, a three day laboratory and workshop for media-makers, technologists, and social justice organizers to create, connect and transform our world.
Throughout the conference, we'll be learning, collaborating, strategizing, and coordinating our efforts for progress in the coming year. We asked Between the Bars writers to represent their voice at the event by submitting blog posts that address the following questions.
Participants will be leaving comments through out the weekend. We hope you'll join the conversation and make your voice heard, too!
