"Inmates"
April 4th 2013
Here in the state of "FLORIDA" has become accustomed to "Modern Day Slavery", they come out those state cells in serve food trays, and beverages to other inmates in the same cells. Inmates sweep and mop the floors, paint the walls, doors, rails, take out the trash etc "for free" (twelve hours a day). They refuse to stand up and fight for some type of "PAYMENT". They've laid down, it's sad. Some inmates receive gain-time, that's not PAYMENT for their hard labor, that just knock time off their (state sentence). These are close management (CM) three inmates (I'm talking about). Ones and twos ain't working at this moment "I'm a CM one". But who knows what the future holds?
I don't receive gain-time. I'm doing a mandatory sentence. My labor comes with a price, "money that is". No matter where I'm at. If a inmate do any type of work in these Detention Facilities and don't receive PAY it's "Modern Day Slavery". And their work is done in vain. They have been brainwashed by the oppressor for so long they would rather work for nothing. What sense does this make? But the oppressors comes here and sit on their buttocks for twelve hours and receive a easy paycheck for (no labor). They just harass the inmates and jump on them at random.
I never understood why! Inmates will fight each other verbally and physically because of words being exchanged between the two. Or because he looked at him a certain way or because he has something you want. But the pigs can "LIE" on you. Call you any name he please. Write you all kinds of bogus Disciplinary Reports (DRs), ignore you and not feed you and the inmates will smile and joke with him.
This is abnormal behavior to me.
The only thing (Florida Inmates) stand up for nowadays is a cigarette, or chewing dip, coffee etc. From our oppressors when he refuses his institutional call-outs on or off the wings. And majority of them do. It's awful. There's no "unity or courage" whatsoever.
"It breaks my heart".

Inmates
Inmates are very lame.
Others see their game.
Inmates have already lost.
And believe me at all cost.
Inmates, where is your brain?
You is working in vain.
Inmates, it breaks my heart.
To see that you have fell apart.
Inmates, I refuse to be a slave.
And then put in the grave.
Inmates, when will you stop?
After you all drop.
Inmates ain't living right.
Plus they refuse to fight.

I believe that everyone can have a positive impact on the world.
My question to you: Do you think that is your fellow inmate's thought process behind the work for no pay?
