Thank you kindly for the comments. Things are not going good whatsoever. I have lived in a cell for 20 yrs now and they wanted to put me in a dorm setting, bunk beds living like military style living. No privacy, period. Inmates with parole dates live in dorms - not lifers, not this lifer. So I got a few write ups so I wouldn't have to live in a dorm. So they got mad due to my disciplinary/write up problems. They took it so personal that they gave me the following punishments:
Mon - Fri: have to be in my cell by 1 pm. No yard on weekends/holidays. They took away my tu/tu antenna, extention cord, sweats, Sony earbuds. They are forcing me to pay to ship these personal items to the streets. I'm an indigent inmate and I have restitution - 55% of any $ sent to me is taxed 55% first, then I get what's left. So if someone sent me a $25 J-pay I would actually get $11.25 which would be enough to send out my property. But who would want my 13" flatscreen T.V., etc. It cost over $350 for these items but no one wants my crappy property. My family paid for it. I can't even send it to them. So I will lose my shit and they put me up for transfer which is gonna be a life changer for the worst. Watch my posts, you'll see how it all goes bad. So it's 80 degrees outside, beautiful day, Sat 5/11/13 and I'm in my cage. Can't go out, I have no property, the guards took it. I'm having a very bad life/year. Hope it gets better.
