Re: Case No. #672471; Lakeith Amir-Sharif vs. Angela D. Allen, etal.;

Dear Attorney Pope:

I am writing you again about the above-referenced litigation. I trust you did receive my letter dated and mailed on November 21, 2013 wherein I offered to settle all claims against your clients for replacement of various stationary items plus three hundred and seventy-five dollars. You and I both realize that if you were personally having to foot the costs associated with this litigation (rather than the unwitting taxpayers), you would have acted responsibly and promptly long ago to settle this matter when I offered to do so for approximately $100.

This is particularly so in light of the fact that Angela D. Allen, the rogue officer responsible for creating a need for this litigation, has since been fired by the TDCJ for unrelated yet other unprofessional and/or unlawful activities, some of which involved other prisoners placed under her control.

In addition the fact (as you've advised Judge Denman) of your inability, since about May 2013, to locate/contact defendant Allen for discovery and other litigation purposes shall only serve to burden the court's docket and resources while continuing to unnecessarily squander taxpayers' money to defend defendant Allen.

With that being said, I am offering you another opportunity to settle all claims against your clients in exchange for various stationary items listed below plus five hundred dollars, $250 of which shall be received in the below listed commissary items directly from the TDCJ's main commissary warehouse in Huntsville, Texas.

Just in case you ignore or reject this offer to settle, under separate cover I am writing Judge Denman asking that he proceed with the hearing by submission on the amended veratious litigant motion you filed. This way we can get that issue behind us and hopefully, by July or August 2014, all our discover, etc. will be completed, and this case can be scheduled for a jury trial.

Stationary items:
Four reams of copying paper/500 sheets each
60 fist class postage stamps
Two plastic pencil sharpeners with cover/casing for pencil shavings
One A-to-Z pocket style accordion folder

Commissary items:
40 envelopes
25 pencils
Two erasers
One hot pot
30 bags of Columbia coffee
26 summer sausages
15 bags of rice
Four bags of refried beans
15 bags of nachos
Four bags of corn chips
Four bags of BBQ chips
30 packs of ranch style salad dressing
Eight bags of pork skins
40 shrimp soups
36 chili soups
Eight vanilla creme cookies
Two bags of sunflower seeds
Three jars of peanut butter
30 bars of Dial soup
Four Mennon deodorants
One tube of Colgate toothpaste
One jar of pomade hair dressing
One aloe vera creme

Please acknowledge receipt of this correspondence by January 10, 2014, advising me of you and your client's intentions.

Thank you,
Lakeith Amir-Sharif
