Susan, :)
I pray as you're reading my response of endearment on your computer screen that my words bless you and soothe your conscience.

I received your comment yesterday via USPS and your words were so cohesive to my intellectual thought process that I had to write you early this morning (it's 5:07 AM).

Your spirit of love has allowed me to conclude that... in each of us there exists a desire that is awakened in solitude, and the nurturing of the desire is within our reach, no matter where our current residence is.

Prison has actually allowed me to discover who I really am as a person. The silence behind these concrete walls and razor-wired fences opened up my spiritual ears to better listen to the voice of God. I've experienced the rapture of God's love in the midst of prison. And I was able to transfer His love to you.

His love comes to us, quietly but deeply, and from all types of unlikely places (like the words from a prisoner). I'm glad I could evoke your individual thoughts to the realization of some of the hurt you've caused (but regret!).

Your spirit of love has touched me so much that I'm going to go out on a spiritual limb and invite you to correspond with me. If you accept or reject my invite... it was very moving to hear from you. I wish you Godspeed no matter the conclusion. Thank you. :)
