The Trinity: Father, Son, Holy Ghost in God's Simple Terms
Hello, everyone. I need to share with you something that has been causing me turmoil for a couple of months.
Some people have been hinting that Jesus has replaced the Father as God and that we should no longer pray to God because the Son is greater. Through intense study of the Gospels (the first four books of the New Testament) and discussion with a couple of my mentors, I have realized that this is a lie. Jesus never said this. God never said this and neither does the Bible. This is a lie from Satan meant to lead people astray.
Look, let's keep this simple: there is God, the Father, the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. They are all God because quite frankly God is in everything and everything is of God. Anyone who tells you differently is working for the enemy and trying to destroy you. Life is God's gift to us, and it is given in Love and is the ultimate proof of his. This is all God's plan so that he can spend eternity with us because he loves us. We are God's treasure and he is our Father. During the savior's time on earth, he tried, continuously, to keep the focus on the Father.
Here is the thing: we can't fully understand the mind of God. But if we can see that God can do anything, be anything, at any time, then it would be easy for him to wrap himself in flesh as Jesus and die for us so we could reconcile with him. Because of his love for us. Don't let the Devil trick you.
God bless you, and keep you always.
Peace and love :),
