Armageddon, It's End of the World
Many theologians and religious leaders are constantly attempting to figure out when the revelation prophecy is going to happen.
Who cares? Why is everyone so worried about the end of this old world when it's really just the beginning of a new, better one? Do we get an extra special seat in heaven if we guess the date? I may be wrong (I'm not a Bible scholar), but didn't our savior say that he would be coming like a thief in the night, meaning no one will expect him?
I'm not meaning to be sarcastic or offensive, but how much money is being spent on this topic? Aren't we supposed to be spreading the good news of God's love? The good news should never start with, "The end of the world is coming, and you had better choose God or he's going to throw you into the lake of fire for eternity. Oh, and by the way, he really does love you." :(
Please, let us spend our time and money on helping all those in need. Let us love God's lost children 'cause he loves us like he loves them. Can we be the light of the world by showing God's love to everyone?
A very wise man once told me that if it doesn't lead me or someone else into the arms of the arms of The Father, then don't worry about it. :)
