STATE BRIEFLY WHY YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE ACTION OF THE APPROPRIATE REVIEWING AUTHORITY

The ICE dismissed this grievance without addressing the issue. DOC 310.11(5)(g) permits the ICE to reject a grievance that "has already been addressed through the inmate's prior use of the ICRS." In other words, I can't file another grievance on this issue.

The ICE asserts that Mr. Heise should be permitted to retain me in Stanley in violation of DOC 302.19 because his attorney sent a letter to the judge asking for reconsideration. What the ICE didn't say was that Heise's attorney agreed to the court order in the first place and has provided no legitimate reason to justify not complying with the court's order. Further, the reconsideration letter was not sent to the court until I filed this grievance.

I have a liberty interest in my placement at Gordon Correctional Centre with community custody. There was no legitimate reason to remove me from Gordon in January and no reason to refuse to return me to Gordon now that Heise's transfer order has been reversed.

I should be placed on the next van trip to Gordon. There is a trip to Gordon from Stanley every Wednesday.
